O presente trabalho busca apresentar e demonstrar a importância de novas relações de trabalho advindas dos avanços tecnológicos, em especial, os cyberatletas e streamers. O artigo apresentará exemplos de forma declarada do universo dos e-Sports, e seus agentes, além disso serão demonstradas as questões relevantes e controversas acerca do tema, sua importância econômica, social e cultural. Será amplamente demonstrada a realidade prática dos agentes do E-sports. O principal objetivo do presente trabalho é demonstrar a importância dos e-Sports bem como os benefícios que uma legislação especifica traria aos novos profissionais, a população, bem como à sociedade como um todo.
The present article seeks to present and demonstrate the importance of new working relationships arising from technological advances, in particular, cyberathletes and streamers. The article will present examples in a declared way of the e-Sports universe, and its agents, in addition, the relevant and controversial issues about the theme, its economic, social and cultural importance will be demonstrated. The practical reality of E-sports agents will be widely demonstrated. The main objective of this work is to demonstrate the importance of e-Sports as well as the benefits that specific legislation would bring to new professionals, the population, as well as society as a whole.
