| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho visa analisar a prova de reconhecimento de pessoas, no âmbito do processo penal brasileiro, mais especificamente quando realizada através da utilização de fotografias. Nesse sentido, o trabalho tem como objetivo o estudo da fragilidade desse tipo de prova, através de suas diversas variáveis e a incompatibilidade de muitos dos procedimentos realizados no Brasil com a regra legal. Por fim, será analisada a consequência irreversível (condenação de pessoas inocentes), que conforme pesquisas demonstradas ao longo do trabalho, muitas vezes está diretamente interligada com a falibilidade dessa prova, demonstrando a importância da Psicologia do Testemunho para a presente problemática. | dc.description.abstract | The present work aims to analyze the proof of recognition of persons, within the scope of the Brazilian criminal procedure, more specifically when carried out through the use of photographs. In this sense, the work aims to study the fragility of this type of evidence, through its various variables and the incompatibility of many of the procedures performed in Brazil with the legal rule. Finally, the irreversible consequence (condemnation of innocent people) will be analyzed, which, according to research demonstrated throughout the work, is often directly interconnected with the fallibility of this evidence, demonstrating the importance of the Psychology of Testimony to the present problem. For this, bibliographic research was used. Present work aims to analyze the proof of recognition of people, more specifically when performed through the use of photographs, as well as the fragility of this type of proof, with the study of its variables and the incompatibility of many of the procedures performed in Brazil with the legal rule, concluding with the irreversible consequence, conviction of the innocent, often intertwined with this erroneous evidence. | pt_BR |
