In this sense, the present article brings an analysis carried out based on two samples: one from undergraduate students in Pedagogy and the other from teachers working in the classroom. The results obtained through this research show that there is still a lack of knowledge about the use of ICTs for Inclusive Education (technology and methodologies) by students and teachers of Pedagogy in Brazil.
