dc.description.abstractUm mundo cada vez mais tecnológico que nos obriga a pensar de forma digital, onde as incertezas tomam conta quando o conhecimento ainda é pouco explorado, portanto, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo conceituar as inovadoras tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial, suas principais técnicas e aplicações, além disso trazer um panorama geral envolvendo propriedade intelectual e suas ramificações que conversam diretamente com o debate muitas vezes filosófico acerca dos possíveis direitos dessas “máquinas”. Além disso, procura relacionar legislações atuais de direitos autorais com possíveis mudanças para o início da regulamentação das Inteligências Artificiais tanto no Brasil, quanto no mundo, destacando movimentações importantes que devem ocorrer tanto no setor privado quanto no setor público para o fomento bem-sucedido de criações inclusivas e intencionais.
dc.description.abstractAn increasingly technological world that forces us to think digitally, where uncertainties take over when knowledge is still little explored, therefore, the present work aims to conceptualize the innovative Artificial Intelligence technologies, their main techniques and applications, in addition, it provides a general overview involving intellectual property and its ramifications that speak directly to the often philosophical debate regarding the possible rights of these “machines”. Furthermore, it seeks to relate current copyright legislation with possible changes for the beginning of the regulation of Artificial Intelligence both in Brazil and around the world, highlighting important movements that must occur in both the private and public sectors for the successful promotion of inclusive and intentional creations.
