dc.description.abstractNos estudos abaixo abordaremos, principalmente, o futuro da Advocacia 4.0. Dentre outros assuntos, estudaremos os reflexos da Revolução 4.0 no futuro da profissão jurídica e o motivo de, necessariamente, a advocacia se transformar a partir de agora. A Revolução 4.0 abrange o mercado, as formas de se relacionar e, consequentemente o empreendedorismo. Vivemos no mercado, atualmente, constantes e rápidas mudanças. Isto acontece pelo acelerado crescimento da tecnologia, o qual proporciona inovações capazes de desumanizar as relações. Com este novo modo de viver e inovações que surgem e mudam essas relações com muita velocidade, é preciso readequar a forma de regulamentação, o modo de trabalho do advogado e estar aberto aos benefícios da tecnologia no mundo jurídico, podendo tornar eficaz e razoável o tempo na resolução de demandas, devolvendo então, sentido ao Sistema Judiciário.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractIn the present study, we will mainly address the future of Advocacy 4.0. Among other subjects, we will study the effects of Revolution 4.0 on the future of the juridical profession and the reason why, necessarily, the law will change from now on. Revolution 4.0 covers the market, the relationships and, consequently, entrepreneurship. Currently, we see in the market constant and fast changes. Due to the accelerated growth of technology, which provides innovation capable of dehumanizing relationships. With this new way of living and innovating that arise and change these relationships with great speed, it is necessary to readjust the form of regulation, the way the lawyer works and be open to the benefits of technology in the legal world, which can make time effective and reasonable in the resolution of demands, thus, returning meaning to the Judiciary System.pt_BR
