Resumo
This study aims to understand how learning occurs at the individual level in Software Development Organizations (ODSs). For this, we carried out a qualitative study of Multicase type in four ODSs. It was used as a data collection method the semi-structured interview. They were interviewed individuals involved in the software development process. Analyses were performed using the software for qualitative analysis Weft_QDA that allowed the establishment of analytical categories. At the end, considering the perspective of experiential learning, we observed that prior knowledge tends to facilitate learning, and software developers to learn mainly as follows: with the error itself; participating in projects; with the client; participating in events; accessing information relevant to the area; relating with team members.
