O alcance da política urbana de Mairiporã

Abstract

O Alcance da Política Urbana de Mairiporã, tese junto ao Programa de Pós Graduação Stricto Sensu em Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Trata de entender como as políticas ambientais e urbanas estão sendo implantadas no município e se tem resultado em um meio ambiente sustentável. Para tanto se subdivide o enfoque em três pesquisas específicas: aquela que trata da urbanização irregular e clandestina do território; aquela que procurou averiguar as peculiaridades ambientais dos loteamentos em Zonas Especiais de Interesse Social/Programa de Recuperação de Interesse Social, objetivos da política de implantação de moradias sociais; e, finalmente aquela que objetiva verificar a eficácia da política urbana que se iniciou com o Plano Diretor 2006-2015. Assim sendo, conseguiu se testar a hipótese da tese que se revelou pertinente: a política urbana de Mairiporã, além de contribuir para a formalização dos loteamentos irregulares e clandestinos, contribui também para preservar os mananciais da região.

The threshold of the Municipality of Mairiporã Urban Policy is a thesis developed at the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism, Presbyterian University Mackenzie. It deals with the understanding of the Environmental and Urban Policies that are being implemented in the Municipality and which results area seen in a sustainable urban environment. For that purpose the focus was subdivided in three specific researches: that dealing with the irregular and clandestine urbanization in the territory; that searching to survey the environment of allotments peculiarities in Zone of Special Social Interest/Social Interest Recovery Program), main objectives of Social Interest Housing; e, finally that that searched to verify the urban policy efficacy the was initiated with the Master Plan (PD) 2006-2015. Thus being, it was possible to test the thesis hypothesis that revealed to be pertinent: The Urban Policy of Mairiporã, besides contributing to the formalization of the irregular and clandestine allotments contributed also to preserve the regional water reservoir.
