Resumo
This dissertation aims to address the major political reforms that are discussed in the National Congress, bringing notes also the importance of political parties in order to have a more effective and participatory democracy. Numerous extremely important institutes and relating to electoral matters will be handled properly, it can be mentioned the recall Institute (elective office revocation), public financing of election campaigns, reducing party fragmentation among other institutes. An in-depth historical study was conducted regarding the Political Parties, checking their progress, as well as some important tools for full democracy, such as the vote, the referendum and the referendum. Furthermore, we must inform you that there are extremely important institutes that aim to deal with electoral issues, specifically about the possibility of submission of the Chief Executive (President), in the commission of crime hypothesis responsibility (impeachment) process and trial by the Senate and the consequent imposition of removal from office of sanction. There was also concern in demonstrating that existing political and electoral systems, bring the background of some philosophical ideas defended in a democratic state of law, and dealing with some extremely important institutes to have compliance with rules relating to compliance with the rights and guarantees fundamental.
