The organic agri-food market is being touted as one the fastest growing in Brazil and in the world. The Brazil is the country that offers the greatest potential for organic production in the world; approximately 90 million hectares are arable, not to mention the areas of conventional production that can migrate to the organic system of agricultural cultivation. The export of Brazilian organic products to developed countries has shown himself to be an alternative to marketing and business development. More than 70% of the national organic production is intended mainly for the USA, Europe and Japan. Still, it appears that there is room for growth. The demand for Brazilian organic products grows. To this end, the brazilian organics industry must adapt to the new demands of the international market. Organizational adaptation to changes in the environment has been the focus of the literature of dynamic capabilities, where special emphasis is given to resources and competencies that need to be processed in the adaptive process. Based on these elements, the aim of this study is to identify the influence of dynamic capabilities on the ability of internationalization of brazilian organic products industry. To this end, a mixed method exploratory-descriptive research (qualitative method and quantitative method) divided in two steps. In qualitative research step sought, through interviews with professionals (certification companies and executives of companies producing organic products that operate in the international market), determine elements to characterize the constructs dynamic capabilities and internationalization capability, as well as validate the indicators used in the study. The results contributed to the Constitution of the elements that characterize the dynamic capabilities and internationalization, as well as to validate their size and structure the due data collection instrument for next stage of research. This instrument (questionnaire) was used in the quantitative research. The data, collected through questionnaires, 105 answered by executives of companies producing organic act on the international market, were treated statistically by the descriptive analysis (Shapiro-Wilk test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Levene test), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and development in structural equations to analyze the relationships between constructs dynamic capabilities and internationalization capability. The results obtained showed valid relationship between the dynamic capabilities and capacities of internationalization of brazilian organic products industry. Through the analysis of results obtained from this study showed that the dynamic capabilities, through its size, management skills and internal processes, have a positive influence on the ability of internationalization. The practices linked to the concept of dynamic capabilities allow you to enhance the capacity of internationalization of brazilian organic products industry, enabling a service-oriented organizational restructuring to the needs and expectations of customers in international markets.
