dc.description.abstractWe investigated the dynamic operation of an asynchronous mode-locking EDFL at 10GHz as a deviation from the synchronous regime. We observed that the soliton shifts the central wavelength speeding up to stabilize the asynchronous mode-locking. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
