All rights reserved.The right to leisure has been a topic of debate since the enactment of the 1988 constitution, in Brazil, which established social and individual rights to guarantee the well-being of the population. This article proposes a discussion about the possibilities of using technology as a tool to help guarantee this right in peripheral regions of the city of São Paulo, proposing a mobile application for iOS that presents options for easily accessible locations for the focal populations. Thus, the article presents the process of developing an application for the purpose described, based on the CBL methodology. Also, it brings a usability evaluation carried out with specialists in Design and Usability of mobile applications.
