Resumo
A pesquisa buscou compreender como as ações de responsabilidade social de empresas impactam a sociedade, bem como e a percepção dos consumidores no Brasil. Para a realização do artigo foi elaborado um survey em formato de questionário online, que foi utilizado como instrumento de coleta de dados para posterior análise sobre a perspectiva de consumidores quanto à responsabilidade social de empresas no Brasil. Além disso, foram realizadas entrevistas com três funcionários de diferentes empresas brasileiras ou que têm operação no país para compreender a visão interna do impacto de fomentar a responsabilidade social nas companhias. Os funcionários das empresas entrevistados acreditam que instituições que não se adaptarem e incorporarem ações de responsabilidade social em seus negócios não terão como crescer no futuro. Conforme questionário, os consumidores acreditam na importância de inúmeros aspectos como diversidade e inclusão e sustentabilidade referentes à responsabilidade social que serão desdobradas ao longo do artigo.
The research aimed to comprehend how actions of social responsibility of businesses impact the society and its customers' perception in Brazil. To write this article a survey was created in the format of an online questionnaire, which was used as a tool to collect data for posterior analysis of customers' perception towards corporate social responsibility in Brazil. Furthermore, interviews were also conducted with three employees of different companies, those companies were either Brazilian or companies that operate in Brazil. The main goal of the interviews was to understand the internal point of view of the impact of encouraging social responsibility in private enterprises. The respondents believe that businesses that don’t adapt and incorporate social responsibility actions won’t be able to grow in the future. According to the questionnaire, the consumers believe in the importance of different aspects of social responsibility. Those statistics are going to be explained in the article
