This work aims to analyze the logistics used by constructions with reduced construction sites, located in large urban centers and with a good planning and the use of lean-construction and just-in-time methodologies, can assist in the construction of a project that presents these conditions. It is known that constructions with reduced space, require a long planning from the request of materials until the time of receipt and storage. With this focus, a field study was carried out in a construction located in the Pinheiros neighborhood in São Paulo. After critical analyzes of the possible scenarios, it was found that mainly constructions in large urban centers, require greater control and planning for the receipt and storage of materials, making their impacts on the external environment to be as small as possible.
