All rights reserved.proposes a brief excursion into the ethnological literature, a criticism of generalizing theories and asymmetrical conceptual constructions in intercultural relations. It includes an analysis of land concept as a private property and the cosmological bases of the Guarani, with the main objective to identify the origins of a world-perspective-based conflict. Legal anthropology is also presented as a possibility to critically understand the different forms of apprehension of the legal phenomenon and the hegemonic role of its western embodiment - that is, the Law.
