All rights reserved.The Augmented Reality explores human senses by overlaying virtual elements (e.g. 3D images, video, and audio) in the real environment. To do this, it uses resources that are not commonly used in conventional applications, which makes its development a very specific task. Although it may be more effective to use a development process focused on the peculiarities of Augmented Reality, applications have been built taking into account only the experience of their developers. Thus, this paper aims to contribute to the Requirements Engineering Augmented Reality applications, which is a key phase in the software development lifecycle. To that end, it discusses the various aspects of the Augmented Reality applications related to their functional, non-functional and specific requirements.
