Besides, one of the approaches to measure the training of employees in Lean Office is through the Belt system in Lean Six Sigma. Therefore, a survey has been conducted to focusing on professionals in the large banking sector operating in Brazil who participate in improvement projects in their areas, resulting in 106 responses. The data obtained were analyzed using nonparametric statistics and have shown that both managers and team members partially agree on several questions about the application of the Lean Office in the Brazilian banking industry. Moreover, the perception of both groups was the same regarding this application, except the participation in improvement projects be a criterion to employee performance evaluations. Finally, the level of training in Lean Six Sigma is higher among managers, but both groups, in the majority, have already taken courses related to Lean.
