As important changes in the economic, social and legal world are perceived, it brought a need for cultural, moral adequacy. As a consequence, this implies saying that ethics needs to be compensated to the same extent as the human act, if presented in a different or different way. In this new era of rights, demand effectiveness in its observation and consequent practice to reach or discover facts that are actually social.
