All rights reserved.Industry 4.0 (I4.0) represents a transformative approach to industrial processes, fostering global competitiveness through cost reduction, process agility, and improved product quality. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping organizational management, optimizing operations, and enhancing society’s interaction with technology. As industries grow increasingly complex and innovation accelerates, AI emerges as a pivotal tool for driving efficiency and competitiveness across various domains. This study proposes a structured maturity model tailored to evaluate the levels of AI adoption within I4.0 contexts. By leveraging insights from established maturity frameworks, the model aims to assess companies’ readiness and proficiency in integrating AI into daily operations and strategic initiatives. The resulting index provides a benchmark for organizations to identify strengths, address gaps, and monitor progress as they advance their digital transformation journeys.
