All rights reserved.The Continuous Cash Benefit is an income transfer program intended for elderly and persons with disability, whose families are framed in a legal concept of the misery. This benefit, unlike the Bolsa Família, does not count with the participation of Municipalities in your grant, what could help to address the lack of social worker. It will be analized normative texts, other legal instruments, Government agents and non government actors that are no longer included in the process of granting, as well as unduly benefits data mainly in the case of elderly. Hopes to demonstrate how the involvement of other agents could become more effective transfer of income, to assert the right to social assistance, ensured in the Federal Constitution and also in law No. 8.742/1993, that is not completely applied.
