dc.description.abstract© 2018 The Author(s).We report a hybrid mode-locked erbium fiber laser operating at 40 GHz using CVD monolayer graphene on a D-shaped fiber as saturable absorber. As result, we obtain ultrashort pulses with temporal width of 1 ps.
