dc.description.abstract© 2021, University of Passo Fundo. All rights reserved.This article analyzes the impacts of unconscious artificial intelligence in society, especially in Law. Based on a literature review from the period 2015 to 2020, it analyses the main concepts of artificial intelligence, then the guidelines and rules documents for software programming and development are examined and, finally, it is the evaluated the relationship of jurists with the machines in a cyborg justice setting.
