dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the development of an adaptive gap filler for Digital Terrestrial Television broadcasting. Unlike conventional equipment, which only amplifies and retransmits the desired signal, the proposed system employs cognition principles to analyze the adjacent channels spectrum, thus ensuring the required protection ratio. © 2014 IEEE.
