dc.description.abstract© 2022 IEEE.This article describes the design and test of a UHF broadband array antenna for applications in Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcasting (DTTB) TV 3.0 project covering the 470-700 MHz band. The antenna has two planar elements optimized for low mutual coupling to enable its use as a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) front end. The design was oriented towards easily manufacturing, broad bandwidth, and low cost. Measurement and simulation results confirm a low correlation coefficient between the elements as well as proper operation in the entire band.
