dc.description.abstract© Optica Publishing Group 2022 The Authors.In this work, we report the first nonlinear refraction (NLR) measurements of CVD monolayer ReS2. Using an 800-nm femtosecond laser, a high nonthermal NLR of 2.39x10-8cm2/W was obtained, 3* higher than that of monolayer WS2.
