© 2018 IEEE.Arithmetic operations are the basis for knowledge that support the learning and proficiency of algebra, in addition to prepare students for higher education. This paper presents the proposal and development of a mobile educational game named Puts, for the iOS platform to stimulate the logical reasoning behind arithmetic operations. In order to arouse the reasoning used in basic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, the application application employs a multiplayer card game in which the user, at each round, must perform basic mathematical operations to defeat their opponents. Throughout the process, there was a collaboration with Mathematics professors from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and, in the end, to validate the usability and instructional design of the game, tests were carried out with five of these specialists.
