dc.description.abstractIn a previous work it was shown that if screening effects are not strong enough, the J/ψ produced within the quark-gluon plasma by parton fusion may show up as an enhancement in the rapidity distribution at y ≈ 0. In this paper we include the effects of the hydrodynamical expansion in the longitudinal direction. We conclude that the results of our previous study remain valid. © 2005 IOP Publishing Ltd.
