© 2019, Allerton Press, Inc.Abstract: A hardware and software system created at the Lebedev Physical Institute and featuring neutron detectors based on SNM-18 neutron counters is described. Its characteristics and the results from a preliminary analysis of data obtained in terrestrial measurements of neutron fluxes in the period 2015–2018 are presented.
