All rights reserved. This article presents results of musical experiments conducted with hearing impaired children using a robot. It presents the challenges encountered in including children with hearing impairment in music learning and shows how society accepts these people. It seeks to know how the deaf community views music and, finally, to evaluate the visual and technological elements in early childhood music education. The challenges of the actions presented do not point to a theory that is comprehensive or only statistic, but to propose a brief discussion on the subject, to lead others to reflect on the specific needs of these children.
