dc.description.abstract© 2017 IEEE.This paper presents the scenario of terrestrial broadcast services, the needed adaptations for the next generation television and proposes an adapted ISDB-T system which makes use of diversity at reception through the MRC method as well as uses LDM, LDPC and SDR/GRC, in order to improve performance, spectral efficiency and useful bit rate to UHDTV applications, while using a layer still compatible with the traditional ISDB-T system.
