dc.description.abstract© 2019, Centro Universitario Curitiba - UNICURITIBA. All rights reserved. What is currently observed, particularly in Brazil, is the resumption (now ostensibly) of the Neoliberal State project to the detriment of the conception of the Social State. It aims to expand the freedom of companies, remove social rights and weaken public and private institutions (with public munus) that act in social relations and the promotion of public policies. For the research, we use a qualitative approach, with deductive method and research oriented in bibliographic and primary sources.
