dc.description.abstract© 2019 IEEE.In this study, we present a tunable THz band pass filter design, using photo-excited low-loss slotted waveguide in a integrated CMOS compatible technology. The results show a tunable THz-filter capable of 48% of bandwidth dynamic range operation, in a spectral range from 0.55 to 0.90 THz.
