dc.description.abstract© Optica Publishing Group 2022 The Authors.Design of an electrically controlled graphene-based THz-modulator in silicon slotted waveguide was numerically investigated. The results show reduced graphene deposition area, low voltage levels (less than 5V), with modulation depth greater than 15%.
