All rights reserved. Objective: to analyze the term access to justice of the Florence Projects and the Global Access to Justice Project, as well as the history of technological evolution in the field of Procedural Law to reflect and investigate the possible obstacles to access the fundamental right of access to justice. It also investigates what the forensic practice shows regarding the progressive use of Technology by the Judiciary. Methodology: the deductive method is used, through bibliographic review, through the reading of doctrine in books, scientific articles and dissertations, as well as documentary, through the research of legislation and international projects. Results: many of the tools that could facilitate access, in practice have a high potential to contribute to an exclusionary Judiciary, in a country where only 58% of its citizens access the Internet, exclusively via smartphone and that less than 1/3 of the population can be considered fully connected, whose connected are usually white people from classes A and B. It is impossible to imagine that everyone, indistinctly, can access the electronic process, either to enter the Judiciary, or to follow their demands. Contributions: this is a contemporary theme that contributes to its discussion and debate, so that in the not too distant time it will be possible to affirm, in fact, that the technological innovations systematically introduced into the legal system ensure broad access to justice for all citizens.
