Subordinação interseccional da mulher imigrante boliviana: uma análise jurídica

Abstract

The present work aims to make a legal analysis of public policies, migration legislation and how the visibility of and access to Bolivian women migrants. Through an analysis of the conjuncture and a historical rescue this research approaches how the migratory studies approach the theme of gender, as well as uses a new methodological approach bringing the experiences of the groups of migrant women in the city of São Paulo. Thus, for the feasibility of this research, a geographic cut was made, establishing an analysis of public policies in the local sphere, that is, the city of São Paulo, including the relation of migrants and the right to the city.

O presente trabalho objetiva fazer uma análise jurídica das políticas públicas, legislação migratória e como se dá a visibilidade da mulher migrante boliviana e seu acesso a essas. Por meio de uma análise de conjuntura e um resgate histórico esta pesquisa aborda como os estudos migratórios abordam a temática de gênero, bem como utiliza uma nova abordagem metodológica trazendo as experiências dos coletivos de mulheres migrantes na cidade de São Paulo. Assim, para a viabilidade dessa pesquisa, foi feito um recorte geográfico, estabelecendo uma análise das políticas públicas na esfera local, qual seja, a cidade de São Paulo, bordando, inclusive, a relação das migrantes e o direito à cidade.
