The organic agri-food market is being touted as one the fastest growing in Brazil and in the world. The Brazil is the country that offers the greatest potential for organic production in the world; approximately 90 million hectares are arable, not to mention the areas of conventional production that can migrate to the organic system of agricultural cultivation. The export of Brazilian organic products to developed countries has shown himself to be an alternative to marketing and business development. More than 70% of the national organic production is intended mainly for the USA, Europe and Japan. Still, it appears that there is room for growth. The demand for Brazilian organic products grows. To this end, the brazilian organics industry must adapt to the new demands of the international market. Organizational adaptation to changes in the environment has been the focus of the literature of dynamic capabilities, where special emphasis is given to resources and competencies that need to be processed in the adaptive process. Based on these elements, the aim of this study is to identify the influence of dynamic capabilities on the ability of internationalization of brazilian organic products industry. To this end, a mixed method exploratory-descriptive research (qualitative method and quantitative method) divided in two steps. In qualitative research step sought, through interviews with professionals (certification companies and executives of companies producing organic products that operate in the international market), determine elements to characterize the constructs dynamic capabilities and internationalization capability, as well as validate the indicators used in the study. The results contributed to the Constitution of the elements that characterize the dynamic capabilities and internationalization, as well as to validate their size and structure the due data collection instrument for next stage of research. This instrument (questionnaire) was used in the quantitative research. The data, collected through questionnaires, 105 answered by executives of companies producing organic act on the international market, were treated statistically by the descriptive analysis (Shapiro-Wilk test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Levene test), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and development in structural equations to analyze the relationships between constructs dynamic capabilities and internationalization capability. The results obtained showed valid relationship between the dynamic capabilities and capacities of internationalization of brazilian organic products industry. Through the analysis of results obtained from this study showed that the dynamic capabilities, through its size, management skills and internal processes, have a positive influence on the ability of internationalization. The practices linked to the concept of dynamic capabilities allow you to enhance the capacity of internationalization of brazilian organic products industry, enabling a service-oriented organizational restructuring to the needs and expectations of customers in international markets. - TeseO papel da gestão da propriedade intelectual na apropriabilidade da inovação: um estudo exploratório de empresas atuantes no BrasilMorganti, Fabio (2016-11-03)

Este estudo teve por objetivo central identificar e discutir o papel representado pela gestão da propriedade intelectual na apropriação do resultado da inovação em empresas inovadoras. Para atingir este objetivo foram identificados na revisão das literaturas relativas a apropriabilidade e gestão da propriedade intelectual quatro elementos que compõem o processo de gestão da propriedade intelectual (Recursos, Domínios, Estratégias e Formas de Apropriação) e foi definido um modelo conceitual relacionando estes elementos ao processo de gestão da propriedade intelectual e apropriação da inovação. Por meio da pesquisa de campo buscou-se identificar a diversidade adotada pelas empresas inovadoras em termos de cada um destes elementos de forma a permitir maior compreensão sobre o fenômeno da propriedade intelectual e sobre os seus elementos constitutivos. Para tanto realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva por meio da técnica de survey (levantamento) qualitativo. A amostra foi definida intencionalmente e foram realizadas 13 (treze) entrevistas em profundidade semiestruturadas com base em um roteiro aberto, em um total de 10 (dez) empresas reconhecidamente inovadoras e que praticam ativamente a gestão de sua propriedade intelectual. Como resultado, foram identificados os diversos recursos, domínios de atividade, estratégias e formas de apropriação utilizados pelas empresas pesquisadas em suas práticas de gestão da propriedade intelectual e confirmaram-se as proposições de que as empresas utilizam uma diversidade em termos de recursos, domínios, estratégias, e formas de apropriação que está além da diversidade contemplada/capturada nos modelos de gestão de ativos intelectuais existentes na literatura. - TeseTeaching-learning practice and value creation in edtechs: the inteli case studyLopes, Yan Miguel (2023-02-06)

The dropout of students in educational institutions that seek to train people for the job market increases every day. Meanwhile, Edtechs – education institutions that apply technology – increase their student base every day. Several studies mentioned that the differential of these institutions is the use of technology. For researchers, the use of technology influences the way students learn and are evaluated. Other authors mentioned that other things are needed to create value for students, in addition to the use of technology. This study, therefore, seeks to portray how value is created in the teaching-learning practice provided by Edtechs. To this end, a theoretical study on Value Creation by Edtechs will be presented, a review of the types of teaching-learning and, finally, the development of a theoretical-practical scheme of Value Creation in the Teaching-Learning practice in a Brazilian Edtech. With the study based on a practical approach, it is expected to demonstrate how value is created by Edtech. The research will help managers of Edtechs and universities to understand the process of Value Creation in Teaching-Learning provided by Edtechs so that they can reassess their strategies and apply the practices adopted by the researched company. As for researchers, the theoretical-empirical model can be used as a basis for their research with other Edtechs and traditional institutions for comparative purposes.
